If you do not want to grant to Two Up Front the rights set out above, please do not submit your contribution to Two Up Front.
Further to the preceding paragraph, by submitting your contribution to www.tuf.com.hk, you:
- warrant that your contribution:
- is your own original work and that you have the right to make it available to Two Up Front for all the purposes specified above;
- is not defamatory; and
- does not infringe any law; and
- indemnify Two Up Front against all legal fees, damages and other expenses that may be incurred by Two Up Front as a result of your breach of the above warranty; and
- waive any moral rights in your contribution for the purposes of its submission to and publication on www.tuf.com.hk and the purposes specified above.
If there is any conflict between these terms and specific terms appearing elsewhere on www.tuf.com.hk, then the latter shall prevail. No failure or delay on the part of Two Up Front to enforce any of its rights under these Terms shall act as a waiver of such rights. These terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region.
