Hong Kong Football Association

As part of a Government-backed initiative to improve Hong Kong football, the HKFA’s newly installed senior management recruited Two Up Front to act as the organisation’s de facto press office – answering media queries, managing media at major events, writing and distributing press releases, and advising on PR strategy.

Eurosport

The TV sports channel broadcasts to 16 countries across the Asia-Pacific region with a diverse range of programming. Eurosport turned to Two Up Front to help raise public awareness of two of its premier attractions – live coverage of the Heineken Cup, Europe’s top club rugby competition, and Eurocup Basketball.

Hong Kong Rugby Football Union

Two Up Front plays a key role in the HKRFU’s biggest annual event, the world famous Hong Kong Sevens, by publishing the official souvenir programme and pocket guide. The dual publication has sold out every year since we began producing it in 2005. We also published the HKRFU’s official magazine, Rugby Talk, from 2003-08.

OMEGA

The prestige watch maker, founded in Switzerland in 1848, was closely involved in the conquest of space and has unparalleled experience in sports timekeeping. As Official Timekeeper for the 2010 Mission Hills Star Trophy pro-celebrity golf tournament, OMEGA turned to Two Up Front to help run its event PR campaign.

The New York Cosmos

When senior executives from North America’s most famous soccer club, led by honorary president Pelé, made a goodwill visit to Hong Kong, they engaged Two Up Front to handle PR and media management, including organising a press conference at The Peninsula that attracted some 80 members of the media.

Just Marketing International

The global leader in motorsports marketing, JMI manages more than US$300 million in annual motorsports investments. When the company co-organised “The Business of Motorsports in Asia” summit to coincide with the 2010 Singapore F1 Grand Prix, it chose Two Up Front as its regional media partner.

Hong Kong Football Club

One of the most prestigious sporting clubs in Asia, Hong Kong Football Club turns to Two Up Front to handle PR for the HKFC IP Global International Soccer Sevens, the world’s premier seven-a-side football tournament. The event attracts teams from the English and Scottish Premier Leagues plus mainland Europe, Asia and Australia.

AC Milan Soccer Schools

One of the biggest clubs in world football, the seven-time European champions teamed up with Two Up Front to launch their Soccer Schools in Hong Kong, Macau and Guangdong. The campaign kicked off with a packed press conference featuring former Milan and Italy captain Franco Baresi at top Italian restaurant, Domani.

Parallel Media Group

One of the biggest golf tournaments in Asia – the Ballantine’s Championship in Korea, co-sanctioned by the European and Asian Tours – is promoted by Parallel Media Group, which retains Two Up Front to handle PR on a worldwide basis and run the on-site media centre.

LAMC Productions

In staging a concert by iconic rock guitarist Slash – the man behind the Rugby Sevens anthem “Sweet Child O’ Mine” – promoters LAMC Productions (HK) Limited wanted to reach out to Hong Kong’s rugby community. They enlisted Two Up Front to help publicise the gig, scheduled for the week of the 2011 Sevens.

Automobile Club de l’Ouest

The ACO runs the world’s greatest sports car race, the Le Mans 24 Hours, and its offshoot series, the Intercontinental Le Mans Cup. When the series made its China debut in 2010 with the 1,000km of Zhuhai, Two Up Front organised a VIP launch party in Hong Kong on behalf of ACO China.

Ballantine’s

The No.1 ultra-premium whisky in Asia Pacific and the No.1 Scotch whisky in Europe, Ballantine’s has been title sponsor of the Ballantine’s Championship in Korea since 2008. Two Up Front handled worldwide PR for this European Tour golf event, which has featured Ernie Els, Anthony Kim and Graeme McDowell.

SiteTalk

A global multilingual social networking platform, SiteTalk.com was pre-launched in late 2009 and achieved astonishing interest and explosive growth. As the main sponsor of the AC Milan Soccer School in Hong Kong, SiteTalk invited important clients when Two Up Front organised the school’s launch press conference.

Singapore Exchange

One of the world’s largest exchanges and Asia’s second largest listed exchange, SGX hosted “The Business of Motorsports in Asia”, the region’s first business conference focusing on the motorsports industry, in September 2010. Two Up Front worked alongside SGX on worldwide PR and media management.

City Links Golf Lounge

Hong Kong’s leading indoor golf centre is located in The Centrium, Wyndham Street, just a chip shot away from Central’s bustling business district. City Links turned to the experts at Two Up Front to organise a press conference to launch the territory’s first downtown inter-companies golf competition, the Ageas Corporate Golf League.

S2M Group

The Shanghai-based sports and lifestyle marketing company turned to the experts at Two Up Front to organise a Hong Kong launch party for China’s first ever Le Mans brand endurance race. The event, held at Hong Kong’s newest and hottest nightspot, Republik, was voted a huge success by clients and customers alike.

Citibank

Citi, the leading global financial services corporation, has approximately 200 million customer accounts and does business in more than 160 countries. Two Up Front worked closely with Citibank’s marketing executives to promote the company after it became title sponsor of the 2011 HKFC International Soccer Sevens.

Audi

The modern standard-bearer in endurance car racing, Audi was one of the core teams competing in the 2010 Intercontinental Le Mans Cup. When the series came to Zhuhai, China, Two Up Front organised a gala launch party in Hong Kong that featured an Audi R8 LMS racing car displayed outside the city centre venue.

DHL

The global market leader in logistics, with a network of more than 220 countries and 500,000 employees worldwide, DHL was title sponsor of the fourth Bledisloe Cup rugby match of 2010, between the All Blacks and Wallabies, played in Hong Kong, for which Two Up Front published the official souvenir programme.

Around The Rings

The independent media outlet that is the go-to source for news about the Olympic movement, Around The Rings utilised Two Up Front’s publishing experience to good effect when it needed an Asian Games special edition magazine printing and delivering to an Olympic Council of Asia meeting in Guangzhou, China.
